Why Work With Me?

My journey is personal. After battling binge eating, gaining and losing over 100 pounds, and facing autoimmune conditions like Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis, Fibromyalgia, and Sheehan’s Syndrome, I discovered that true healing requires more than just food—it requires a holistic, compassionate approach.

Today, I’ve not only reversed my autoimmune issues and maintained my weight loss, but I also help others create the same breakthroughs.
