In this 6-week WhatsApp coaching group, you’ll learn how to break free from stuck patterns, create habits that align with your values, and rise into a healthier, more resilient version of yourself.

Over 6 weeks, you'll discover how to:

  • Learn quick regulation tools to calm cravings, procrastination, and overwhelm
  • Rewire old patterns at the root
  • Identify the triggers that keep you stuck in cycles
  • Practice simple tools to replace “autopilot” reactions with intentional choices

  • Daily messages arrive Monday through Friday on WhatsApp (text + audio options)
  • Each week focuses on a new nervous system theme, building your skills step-by-step
  • Mid-point Zoom call for live coaching and community connection
  • Weekday rest days for integration and reflection
